Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use Acumatica for Manufacting. Finances are all taken care through the AR, AP, Banking, etc modules. Business problems we saw were mostly related to AP processing and integration. Acumatica has helped streamline these processes. Overall we are a simple business using Acumatica for overall business management with few outside processes.

Pros

  • Document linking
  • Approvals and UI customization
  • Data reporting like GIs

Cons

  • Report designer is terribly outdated
  • Faster implement of the modern UI
  • Ability to customize pictures on the login page
  • Streamlined processes saving time
  • Eliminated other systems for us
You have not been able to utilize that AI functionality yet.
We have been able to communicate with customers faster through synchronized email set up. Attachments are easy to send via email externally and internally. Customers are able to make payments and we are able to better support with customer service.
We are a very simple manufacturing company, and we are able to utilize Acumatica to fulfill production orders, and sales orders for our customers. Audit is very simple with that Annika in our industry and all of our data is readily available whenever we need it. Acumatica is a great product

Acumatica as well suited for small businesses looking to integrate multiple systems in to 1. Having it as a cloud solution makes working from home, easy. It is well suited for all kinds of businesses from small distribution companies to large, e-commerce companies. I would say it is less appropriate for POS at this time.
