General Business

Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

We use it for general accounting, sales, and user time management. We were using a previous quickbooks instance but it could not scale with us as we grew as a company. Some offices also use Acumatica for warehouse management

We do not currently utilize Acumatica AI as it is still in infancy
We utilize Acumatica for project tracking and it has helped keep everything under one umbrella, which saves time and promotes organization

It’s a stellar system that can do a lot and is very customizable, but it does have some issues to be aware of, like the ones listed before
