Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica

I process sales order, purchase equipment, update tracking information, use it for service calls, and inventory checks.

Pros

  • I can open a sales order, click on a specifi line, see the PO link, open the PO for added information.
  • I am able to process RMAs from the PO screen and tack the return.
  • Easily transfer equipment from one BIN or staged job to another and keep track.

Cons

  • I'm not sure if it is a feature we do noe use or have but It would be nice to have a report with multiple columns showing the project, status notes, hrs for different labor types, value of job, P&L, returns. Somrthing like what Great Plains offers.
Internal - we have worked with Palladium to get some of the features added and changed to better our processes for tracking equipment for orders, thus helping different departments.
We are an audiovisual company and Acumatica is not specific to our industry but we are able to use if for our purposes.

Best used for inventory control, sales order and purchasing processes. Since I do not have the service module I cannot state how this portion works.
