Overall Satisfaction with Acumatica
We use Acumatica for construction accounting. We switched for the ease of use and cloud based program.
Pros
- Bank recs are pretty straightforward. We don’t use the import function though.
- Cash transactions are a good tool for a quick payment. Although I liked the previous name better.
- Project transaction history report is a good tool but could be a little better.
Cons
- The integration with Procore could be better. The fact that they are not at this conference is interesting.
- Procore integration needs more attention
- More options or assistance with construction companies that want to see data by project.
We use Acumatica primarily for construction accounting only. I believe that there are a lot of features we are not aware of or just don’t know how it functions.
