Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Adobe works very well for my use case. The interface has been decluttered along the years and it's the most straight forward to use and configure.
Licenses can be easily assigned and removed based on usage and there are some editions that have the option to enable SAML integration for SSO services.
  • Easy to configure
  • Easy to deploy
  • Really stable
  • Sometimes it's difficult to find some particular functionality with all the options that it has
  • The signing feature would be best in the category with a few improvements
  • I don't like that you need to be extra careful when downloading the installer because it automatically adds other apps and features that you need to opt out of
  • Easy to use
  • Easy to find and download
  • Solid performance
  • Price
  • Product Usability
  • Prior Experience with the Product
Adobe Acrobat is the de facto standard for everything related to PDF and publishing files, that means that users are very experienced in its use and need almost no training when using it day to day. That is a key advantage, because it means that you can install it and use it without giving much thought.
  • Fast and simple deployment
  • Easy to use, which allows users to concentrate on their work without struggle
  • Low maintenance
Adobe is a very solid and secure tool that has been almost synonym to PDF for years. Their improvements over time have taken them from a good tool to arguably the best out there, which gives me peace of mind when considering security and stability of the program in the long term.
  • Foxit PDF Editor (FoxitPhantom)
Adobe Acrobat is arguably the best in business and it's evident when comparing it against other competitors in the market. It's much more stable and easy to use for anybody. Other tools work well but all the evolution that Adobe has had along the years is pretty difficult to match.

Adobe Acrobat works great for everything related to PDF files and publishing documents. It is very well suited for non tech-savvy users when you have basic needs or just need general PDF tasks.

When it comes to more complicated tasks or advanced features, users may struggle a little with the distribution of Adobe's tools and where to locate certain functionalities.
