Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat primarily for sharing/editing documents. Normally I receive things first in Word format and then after proofreading we will convert to PDF and use adobe for further editing if needed. Adobe Acrobat is excellent for editing and very intuitive to use. I find the tools easy to identify and work with, both in the desktop and mobile version.
Pros
- Displaying two documents side by side at once.
- Editing, inserting new lines.
- Signing documents.
Cons
- I think it should be available as a one time purchase, not a subsciption.
- Document loading can be a bit slow and laggy.
- It is a little difficult to adjust column/row formatting.
- The ease of displaying and reviewing a document.
- Being able to selectively edit.
- Being able to sign a document.

- Product Usability
- Product Reputation
- Prior Experience with the Product
Adobe Acrobat is synonymous with the PDF format. I don't like the subscription model, but I keep Adobe Acrobat because I know from past experience that it always works well in opening and editing a PDF. The PDF format is too important to my workflow I have to keep a reliable editing software. Adobe Acrobat is very good at what it does, and I also don't know of any alternatives.
- It is always reliable.
- The PDF template I use in Adobe Acrobat makes automatic calculations and does help me to reduce errors.
- I never worry about corrupted files in Adobe Acrobat.
