Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

When we use Adobe Workfront, when we proof our proofs, it ends up being in a PDF, which is very helpful. We can share the PDFs, we can mark up the PDFs. It preserves the content. There's a lot of content that we're able to PDF with the helpful Workfront and so it helps us review and mark up our creative in a more controlled manner.
  • I'd say shares across platforms. It retains the formatting. Not everybody knows you can actually edit in pdf, so when you receive a PDF, it helps you edit and match. I think for version control and kind of a retaining format and sharing your cost platforms, it does very well.
  • I think sometimes matching fonts. So if you receive a PDF and you have to edit, sometimes you don't have the font and sometimes it's not depending on which way you're accessing it. It's not easy to either buy the font or enable the same font. So I think integration with it, recognizing the font, and more easy access to match font.
  • I think the conversion pdf, PDF markups, which goes intoour proofing software. So the ability to mark up proof and know that however the creative was made, no matter what platform was made up, that you can do it consistently. And it helps the version.
  • I think being able to collaborate with external partners easier to retain format. I think sometimes the only hard thing is when other people want to edit. More functionality with the editing would be good.
Luckily we haven't had them at our company. I've had them elsewhere and that has been very important personally in other areas, but luckily that hasn't happened. I think anything that helps with security and privacy and understands the importance of that is hugely important as long as you don't realize it until after. But I think it's huge.

Well-suited is when you want to maintain the format and share knowing that you could share across platforms, across even different companies, while retaining content.
Times when that's of trouble: when someone has PDF'd something and they lost the original or you don't have the original software. Sometimes, like with the font, it's hard. So even if you have access to edit and you have the right program to edit, sometimes it's hard to edit and keep the cohesive style if you don't have all the fonts and the plugins. So I think easier options to kind of match that or buy the fonts or more integration to like if the fonts aren't there that you need and stuff just too quickly cause sometimes you only have the PDF and you have to edit it.
