We use Adobe to edit documents, send documents for signature to customers, other vendors, etc., we use it to have in coming contracts signed and just as a simple document reader as well.

I know we can trust Adobe. I know when I send sensitive information Adobe gives me the tools to protect our information. Such as adding a password to documents and making sure everything I send out is secure.

It is perfect for what we use it for. Editing documents, signing contracts and sending contracts, etc. If you need a wet signature or have nothing to edit, then it wouldn't be useful in some companies.
