Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat for PDF creation, manipulation, combination, modification, and e-signatures. We have had as many as 30 seats at times but have reduced recently for other products in the AEC industry. Although Adobe Acrobat is still prevalent, I truly believe a refresh is desperately needed, especially in the areas of the Cloud and update delivery and notification.

We did a full study on PDF creation and the competition within the space. At the time, Adobe Acrobat was definitely one of the leaders especially for adoption within the industry. Over time the competion has increased and application adoption within products has become a bit lacking. Would love to see a resurgence by further development.

It is clear that Adobe Acrobat has the capabilities when it comes to security. Having an updated interface that allows easier and more aware security level changes would definitely help. Still a very valid product but perhaps slowing on the development side, I still think further refinement would be a welcome addition.
Initially we went with standardization, we were users of the Creative Cloud Suite and thought across the board would be the way to go. Pricing was a big factor, and it was good at that time. We have started to go a different direction as the price has increased and compatibility has come up more times than we are comfortable with.
