Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

Edit pdf files. Organize files. Create editable files for website. Create files for others to sign. Export files for lower rest. Export files as fillable form. Edit files for department website. Some issues we encountered, the digital signature doesn't work all the time. Opening files can be difficult when sharing the files to other users.

Adobe is widely used within the County but many do not utilize Acrobat to it's fullest potential. Users could benefit from using Acrobat when editing files. Many government agencies do not use Acrobat due to little to no confidence in security measures. Government agencies only use it for basic needs.

There can be room for improvements for users who are not familiar with Adobe Acrobat. Users seem intimidated with opening and using Adobe Acrobat. Other people tend to only use it for basic purpose. There could be a link or how to guide on using Adobe Acrobat for first timers.
