New software is intimidating. Adobe Acrobat is simple and easy to use. Even without extensive training, you can easily figured out how to use it.
Adobe's security is top notch. I don't hesitate whenever I use their products.

For document sharing and mark up, Adobe Acrobat is a great tool. If you're doing major design edits, this product is not the right one.
