Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We are using this application for managing documents like converting of word, excel into pdf as well as editing or splitting of the pdf. It allow us to edit the images, text and layouts of the pdf files very easily. We can integrate easily with other 3rd party services like Microsoft 365. It has various customisation options like custom workflows. We can add extra security to our pdf files like password protected that saves from illegal use.

It is helpful where we need the e-sign on the documents and adding of password protection on the sensitive documents. It ensure docs consistency and security. It is light weight that is easy to share with the team members.
Multiple user can not work simultaneously on same documents. It has lock of real time editing feature.
