Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We utilize Adobe daily to look at our faxes and email attachments that come in.

Pros

  • clarity
  • easy
  • can specifiy what I'm looking for, if there's a certain phrase, by using the search tool

Cons

  • I like to highlight in different colors, depending on the situation, for others to view. The colors can seem pretty similar, especially orange and red.
  • some basic features shouldn't have to be paid for
  • easily able to separate work by employee
  • can pinpoint areas by highlighting them
  • both of the above make it easy to work together to complete tasks

Although it's great to use for the most part, I wish there were some 'basics' you didn't have to pay for in order to use. I wish I could type on something and not have to pay to fix a mistake I see.
I really appreciate the search tool, as I use that in finding specific names in some of our documents.
