Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

As a communications department, we use PDF documents in a variety of ways, from sharing information with our audiences to updating documents for use within our teams. Adobe Acrobat makes managing these documents a breeze. Acrobat is intuitive, and its latest update makes my most-used tools even more accessible. I especially use the "organize pages" function to add, remove, and reorder pages within a document.

Pros

  • Makes creating PDFs for use outside of my organization quick and easy

Cons

  • Font replacement / matching can be clunky
  • It's visually very bare, and the aesthetics of the application are outdated
  • Acrobat doesn't always correctly identify text areas or places breaks in text in odd places
  • I use Acrobat weekly to make documents accessible to all of our end-users.
  • Acrobat is more efficient than any other software I've tried to manipulate and create PDF documents
  • PDF documents are essential to our weekly business, and Acrobat streamlines workflow on a daily basis

Being able to create and edit documents that are easy to share with a wide variety of end-users is essential to our business. Our end-users range from teenagers to octogenarians and beyond, but all of our users are able to view and access PDF documents. Using Acrobat ensures that all of our users have a good experience with our communications.
I rest assured that the data I share with Acrobat and Adobe within my documents and document management is safe and secure. I trust Adobe a a top brand in my personal and professional life. Knowing that my data is secure helps me to operate more efficiently, as I don't have to worry about protecting my data, only communicating what I need to with whom I need to, and no one else.
I selected Acrobat because it is a trusted brand in my personal and professional life. Acrobat is included in my subscription to the Adobe suite of products, and there is simply no reason for me to NOT use it. It's easy to use, intuitive, and secure. Other products require additional downloads and open my business and myself up to additional data vulnerabilities.

Acrobat is the only product I am interested in using to create or manipulate PDF documents. It is easy to use, quickly creates documents that are usable in a wide variety of scenarios, and makes editing documents very easy. Rather than needing to manipulate text in a more difficult, but more robust, software (i.e. Adobe Illustrator), Acrobat is very simple to use to update text and document layouts.
