Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I use it to view PDFs personally and combine documents if needed. I know others in my company will make comments and collaborate using Adobe Acrobat.

Pros

  • I find the UI very easy to navigate
  • Recovering all your open documents (as someone who usually has a decent amount open at once and sometime crashes)
  • A lot of easy ways to modify PDFs in a way that's very easy for users

Cons

  • It's easy to accidentally modify things by accident
  • I wish the Combine PDF feature was a little more streamlined there's too many clicks
  • Ease of Use
I am not really versed in this stuff for our organization
I find Adobe Acrobat easier to use and I don't need to be as technical as Bluebeam is usually used for
