In our organization, I use Adobe Acrobat to check for PDF accessibility. I make sure documents are accessible before they are published to the public.

Pros

  • Converts Word documents.
  • Really accessible.

Cons

  • Performance issues start to come up when documents are very long, like 100 or more pages.
  • Keeps us honest and meets accessibility standards.
  • Ease of Use
Easy to make accessible.
In our organization, Adobe Acrobat has a great impact to ensure that the documents are secured, especially legal documents. it gives us peace of mind knowing that we can trust Adobe's security algorithms.
