We use Adobe Acrobat to share creative proofs of requested graphics within the Marketing division. We also use it to create online forms for the website.

easy to use and edit documents with.
Our organization is able to password protect forms that then protects the information in the document.
You can open a PDF in PS but if you need to save it, the file size increase dramatically so I rather use Adobe Acrobat to complete edits,
