Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
We use Adobe Acrobat for our internal and external compliance disclosures. All of our departments including HR, Legal, Communications, etc... We also have lots of informational mailings and touch points with all our professional partners and vendors. Some of the problems we have had was with the coding used within some of the forms we use.
Pros
- user interface
- providing tools for making docs accessible
- embedding capabilities
Cons
- sometimes preparing a form for E signature can be a bit confusing as there seems to be multiple ways of doing it. when you try and look on YouTube, the way people are doing it seems to be different than the way Adobe Acrobat allows you to. This could be a version issue at times.
- This is kind of hard to say. I work for a non profit and to be quite honest, I'm not even sure what we would use if not Adobe Acrobat...
- So I guess you could say from an operational perspective, we couldn't do what we do without Adobe Acrobat :)
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
We have an enterprise license for everyone in our organization. The decision was made long before me :)
We have an abundance of compliance documents that require Adobe Acrobat.
