Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

We use it to review final designs or documents and send it with people in and outside the organization. We also use it to send final files to our printers or partners to ensure they won't edit any of the original design files. In some cases, we use it as document fillers but we use other apps for that now

Pros

  • Helps me extract or combines files into one document
  • easy to edit copy when needed
  • great for collaboration on notes and feedback

Cons

  • In some cases, when editing, the fonts get wonky
  • It increased productivity and collaboration
  • Ease of Use
It's a very user friendly app and can be easily used by people not experienced with design systems

Adobe Acrobat helps my organization with long multi-page documents. Sometimes we have very minor edits that with Adobe Acrobat Pro, a designer doesn't have to touch the original design content but instead, someone not experienced with design can make the quick edit
