Adobe Acrobat review
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat
I use Adobe Acrobat to export InDesign work and get ready to print it. Also, to check some elements and tag PDFs in order to make them accessible to anyone. The app in Mac does not have a bar that you can see to navigate the document.
Pros
- Combine PDFs
- Easy elements edition
- Good file quality
- Tag PDFs
- Adobe accessibility checker
Cons
- In Mac environment, some functions are difficult to find
- Fit a complete visualization page is difficult to configurate
- Navigation bar is not shown in Mac
- Adobe Acrobat is the tool that I use more in my work, I do image extraction from there, bookmarking, mistakes corrections, extractions, etc.
- Tagged PDF remediation is another task that we do from Adobe Acrobat
- Adobe Acrobat accessibility checker is also useful for checking remediated tagged PDFs
- Scalability
- Integration with Other Systems
- Ease of Use
