Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use Adobe Acrobat DC to create documents that are both confidential and that need signatures. I also need to convert from PDF to word docs often. Sometimes I need to adjust a PDF document that did not originate with me. Also, I often need to combine documents and exclude some pages.
  • convert from PDF to word
  • create signature spaces and e signature
  • allows users to edit pdf documents
  • sometimes how to do something is not intuitive
  • creating word docs from a pdf
  • making changes to a pdf
  • obtaining signatures
  • definitely an increase in security and compliance
  • uses one program instead of having to use several
Even though sometimes the program is not as intuitive as I would like, it is still quite user-friendly with an easier-to-understand user interface. I use it very frequently and have minimal complications and rarely have to look up how to do something since the tasks I need to accomplish are all relatively related.
I think it is great to be able to trust the software that a company uses daily. Many of the documents we use with adobe products are confidential and a security breach via software would be catastrophic and force us to look into an alternative program that costs time and money.
Ultimately I chose Adobe because I can access it via the cloud on all of my devices. I also chose it because I can cancel the software immediately and switch to something else if I need to. Adobe constantly has some better features and although I wish it was more intuitive, Adobe has been more intuitive than other similar software in the past.

Yes

Adobe Acrobat DC is well suited for businesses that deal in documentation regularly such as law offices or other B2B types of transactions. Sending documents between businesses allows the other to make edits with Adobe but not necessarily have the original document. It also facilitates obtaining signatures when having an e-signature is adequate.
