Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC
I use it for participant materials in my sessions to allow them to type in responses directly onto the page instead of them having to print out the paper and write it down. I can make any PDF "fillable" now and I can design it in word or Canva and then PDF it. This gives choices to my participants.
- allowing you to organize pages of your PDF - move them around to customize a standard learning document
- Easy to make a document "fillable"
- combining PDFs into 1 document
- Making other formats into PDF
- Signing documents is still a bit confusing - only 1 person can do it? Find instructions hard to follow
- I have a Macbook M1 chip and I'm not able to print to PDF
- Create and Edit
- Fill and Sign
- Comment feature
- Operational efficiencies - spending way less time customizing documents
- Improved security for signing documents (one signature only)
I have a smaller organization so we don't have as many documents or compliance standards. That being said, it only takes 1 incident of a security breach and this product adds to my peace of mind....especially when I'm completing my insurance renewals and disclosing the software I used to ensure a secure digital environment for my business.
I didn't do too much of a search, to be honest. I have tried a few "free" PDF sites but they were unreliable, not clear and the security was concerning. I was familiar with the Adobe name and found the pricing very reasonable. I continued my subscription because the value was there.
