Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat

I utilize Adobe Acrobat DC every day at work - I don't know what I'd do without it! I use a lot of the features, but my favorite features are Edit, Organize, and Protect. Adobe Acrobat DC makes it so easy to correct a document, remove/add/rearrange pages, & address any concerns with security by providing encryption and password protection options.

  • Remove/insert/rearranges pages within the document.

  • Option to edit a document after a signature (even if it's just a note on the document Adobe provides stating the document's been edited with '....' after signature.
  • Pricing - making it more affordable for the everyday person.

  • Ease of Use
Adobe Acrobat is extremely easy to use. The user-friendly product is so simple to navigate that you don't need instructions. All the tools have simple titles that explain precisely what they're used for. When I have a new hire on my team, the tool takes little to no introduction or training as it's so easy to use.
  • Adobe Acrobat has improved the security of our documents, resulting in less risk, as protecting documents is essential to ensure compliance with privacy laws.
  • It saves our company money, as the product makes it easier for our employees to complete their jobs.

Adobe Acrobat's investment in its Protect tool has benefited every company that uses Adobe Acrobat. Their tool has helped our company improve the security of our documents, resulting in less risk for our company, as protecting documents is essential to our client's privacy and ensuring our company adheres to privacy laws.

The updates Adobe has made to their 'Export' product are extremely improved and noticeable. Previously, for any export from Adobe to Excel or Word, the worksheet/document wasn't the same, and the formatting would look awful. However, now, each export looks exactly the same - the streamlined product makes it so much easier to convert PDFs when needed.
