Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat DC

I use Adobe Acrobat for reviewing different PDF documents. Nowadays, creating a PDF is a task that many other softwares can do. But at the time making quick editions, such as deleting pages, merging two PDF documents together, or editing a portion of the text, seems to be impossible. And these are easy tasks for Adobe Acrobat. In addition to that, this software is widely used to fill in contracts or sign documents in the most secure way.

There is a difference when saving, printing, and opening PDF files between PC and Mac computers. To give you an example, when you fill a form on PC you can send it to Print and it would give you the option to save it as a PDF at that point. In Mac, that is not possible.
Adobe Acrobat DC has different tools to create your electronic signature for signing PDF documents. This is a great feature since it creates a unique time stamp of that signature and makes the document and the e-signature more reliable and unique. In addition to this, Acrobat makes it very easy to use your e-signature over and over again.
Adobe Acrobat is more specialized to work with PDFs. Before using this software we had to use online (and insecure) tools to edit PDFs, or use Adobe Illustrator to make quick editions that took us a long time to do. Nowadays, Acrobat is our best solution for this, because it comes with many available specialized tools.

Basically in any scenario in which you need to fill documents, sign contracts or forms, or if you need to create PDF documents for business presentations or share important documents that should be shown in the same exact format as they were created. Usually, in these types of cases, the department may need to make quick editions or share them.
