Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Acrobat Reader DC

Adobe Acrobat [Reader DC] is used by various teams across our organization. It has been helpful for marketing and our account management team especially who may need to edit PDFs, send signatures, or convert PDFs into other files. The conversion of PDFs can be extremely helpful when we need to get data from our customers that they can only send in that format.
  • Editing PDFs
  • Virtual Signatures
  • Converting PDFs to other formats
  • Editing options could be a bit easier to navigate
  • Having the ability to store multiple signatures on one account
  • Improve conversion of PDFs to Microsoft office products
  • Converting from PDF to Microsoft Office Products
  • Digitally Signing Documents
  • Password Protection
  • Makes teams who use the product more efficient
  • Allows us to securely share documents with customers
I have found Abobe Acrobat [Reader DC] to be a niche product that solves a variety of business needs. It does not replace something like DocuSign, but can serve as a light version. It is more secure for sharing than something like Dropbox, and also has the ability to edit PDFs.

Adobe Acrobat [Reader DC] is well suited for people who need to edit PDF files. This could mean wanting to sign documents without having to print and scan, making edits to marketing files, or converting files from one format to another. It is not necessary if you do not typically work with PDF files.
