Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

We use Adobe Captivate Prime for our Learning & Development programs that we run for our clients. It addresses the need to get digital learning content to our learners globally.
  • Easy administration of learning content.
  • Simple end-user/learner interface.
  • Fairly quick setup.
  • Depth of reporting.
  • Ability to customize end-learner interface.
  • Customization beyond CI colors.
  • Helped us in learning digitalization.
  • Helped us improve LMS implementation time-frames.
  • Saves time in LMS administration.
Product support is OK however not outstanding. You can get to an agent quickly, however they are not always able to help you.
For example, we could not reduce the number of active learner licenses. When asked, customer service confused Captivate Prime with the authoring tool Captivate. Would be great to just as simply remove licenses as it is to add new ones.
In my opinion Captivate Prime is a really good option in today's marketplace and a solution we usually go for!
Adobe Captivate Prime is well suited for building Virtual Academies and Digital Academies that are on-going in nature without a certain finish date.

Adobe Captivate Prime is not that suitable for running one-off L&D programs with learning journeys of 3-12 months.
