Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
We use Adobe Captivate Prime for external purposes to help train new customers or ones that need a refresher on our software product. While we would like to use it for internal training, we don't have the resources to build that out quite yet. Only our customer service/account management team uses it. I love how we don't have to go back and forth between software and that we can create content directly with Adobe or upload PowerPoints as well.
- Their customer service team is super helpful and quick to respond.
- Learning [the] calendar feature [is] easy to navigate and see all your courses.
- [I like that you can] import previous presentations to edit or even turn them into a video.
- It has a learning curve for sure!
- [I would like] more interactive features.
- [I would appreciate a] possible stripped-down more cost-friendly alternative.

- [It has helped with] longer retention because customers know how to actually use the product.
Personally, I think support can be difficult to reach, [but] most of the time if I have an issue, I will try to figure it out on my own using Google or YouTube, or ask another employee!
