Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime

We are using it to develop bespoke product demos of our customer-facing software products. Its goal is to familiarize customers with our platform by using videos as context for a use case. Customers can complete these use cases with Adobe Captivate [Prime] score packages.
  • Templates
  • Object placement
  • Text positioning
  • It crashes randomly and I’ve become an anxious saver because of it.
  • Reports are bare-bones.
  • We’ve yet to launch with it so hard to say.
I simply cannot say. I’ve done my own research and Googling of issues I’ve had because of slow response times.
I absolutely adore [Adobe] PhotoShop. I wish [Adobe] Captivate [Prime] could get on the same level as [Adobe PhotoShop].

Do you think Adobe Learning Manager delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Adobe Learning Manager's feature set?

No

Did Adobe Learning Manager live up to sales and marketing promises?

No

Did implementation of Adobe Learning Manager go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Adobe Learning Manager again?

No

I’d suggest an 8 because of the learning curve and it can feel daunting to new users. It’s well suited for customers who are just beginning their LMS/authoring tool journey. I think it works well for catered audience types, like location, language, and versioning.
