We were trying to find out which ways we could spread knowledge among the organization in the times of COVID. Many times we find ourselves far away from each other and small and short explanations of technical things are sometimes hard to do online. This is mostly the business problem we wanted to address and help the new employees to start up faster.

As stated before in the other texts, pros and cons, I can repeat myself but, the best part is [it] helps colleagues get up to speed in order to be productive as well as helps people documenting certain processes [so] that [they] can be reviewed afterwards and shared by other colleagues. [It] is less appropriate if you want to re-build YouTube (in the sense of "do not re-publish content that is already out there")
