Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by my IT person, we are currently creating content in LMS, SCORM files and all that. It is used for training employees of other company's, they learn to be a visual expert. For them its a great tool to learn with, it has some cool interactions.

I have not found problems.

If you happen to experience a problem, you can reach them by email and they answer to you very fast, they have a great staff of people who really knows their product.

You can also reach them by phone and the service is very good, they explain everything in detail so you can understand it.

Alternatives Considered

Camtasia and SAP Litmos

Adobe Captivate is different, you can easily create courses in a matter of minutes, very easy to understand and very user friendly. You can also switch to learner mode so you can see how it will look. It has many cool tools and that's why I like it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited Scenario: If you are a teacher or give courses to a large group of people, you also have the option of creating quizzes, there are very good and useful, you can know how much have they learned while they were watching your course.

Less appropriate: If you just have videos and want to share them with other people, or if your content its not complex.

A very easy and effective software to use!
