Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Captivate Prime
Adobe Captivate Prime is used for basic employee training in the elementary education sector. It is used specifically for internal employee training and solely in the peer teaching department. This program is ideal because users can keep track of their training/learning and be notified of tasks that still need to be completed. It is very easy to refer back to notes when you need them.

- There should be more tutorial videos.
- Cancellation fees are a hassle.
- Mobile app needs improvement.

Adobe Captivate Prime was extremely easy to deploy. It was implemented effortlessly in what seemed a matter of days. The employees were able to get the hang of the program quite quickly as video tutorials were watched in a group setting to ensure a complete understanding of the Adobe Captivate Prime product.
The only problem I have encountered with Adobe Captivate Prime on a monetary basis is the cancellation fee. There is also no existing discount for the education sector that implements this program. It would be great if they remembered some institutions/organizations do not have the same resources or money as others
When we were first implementing Adobe Captivate Prime, we watched several tutorials which ended up being extremely helpful. Any questions we were still unable to figure out, we contacted our customer support who were extremely patient as they explained step-by-step what we were missing and how best to navigate certain aspects of this program.
Employee Reskilling
Adobe Captivate Prime was selected for us by the institution that manages the employees but compared to the other Adobe products, it does its job very well. Although no app is seamless, Adobe Captivate Prime comes quite close to perfect in the quality of materials. Although monetary wise Adobe products may not be ideal, at times, they are slightly worth it.
