Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Commerce

We use Adobe Commerce as backbone of our clients' ecommerce operations enabling us to manage multiple storefronts , products, and customer experience from a single platform. Adobe Commerce addresses key business problems such as scalability, integration with third-party systems, and personalization for different types of customers. It helps streamline the order management, inventory management, discounts and promotions etc.

Pros

  • Supports both b2b and b2c channel
  • Scalable and secure

Cons

  • Setup is bit complex for the users
  • Cost is bit higher side
  • Require Regular maintenance
  • Reduced manual order processing time by 30-40%

  • Faster fulfilment and smoth checkout
I have rated Adobe Commerce 8 our of 10 because it offers excellent flexibility, scalability, and customisation options, making it highly effective for managing complex ecommerce operation. Features like multi-store support, advanced discounts and promotions and seamless integration adds a great values to the system. Adobe Commerce on the other hand require learning curve and require technical expertise.
BigCommerce offers strong saas simplicity and lower maintenance, but it lacks the customisation and multi store flexibility., WooCommerce is cost effective and easy to use and come with a huge extension directory most of them freely available, but it is suited for smaller catalogs and less complex operation

For example we used Adobe Commerce platform for handling regional storefronts with localized pricing, personalize promotions and third party integrations. It also comes with great scalability and flexibility.

If I do it again, I will try to check and choose in more clear way. I will spend more time in start to see what business really need, what is must have and what is just good to have, and also think how it work when business grow bigger. I will also ask more people from team, like operation, marketing, support, so all point get covered.
