Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Firefly

We use adobe firefly for generative AI purposes. It’s New technology in our industry, that we’re hoping will explode in the future. We prefer adobe’s version as it brings a much more professional and encompassing suite of services for our AI needs. The suggestions and guidance that come with using the software are extremely helpful in new ways to develop business. It really does help with bringing an idea to life through images and various amounts of content.

Pros

  • Severely helps with automation in graphics
  • Beats out the competition on complex requests and tasks
  • Performs all functions incredibly quickly which is rare
  • Allows for customization beyond a basic level.

Cons

  • Has mild compatibility issues depending on what software or needs you have pre existing.
  • While it does have deep customization, the areas it can apply to are bit narrow. It’s good quality, but we still find a few missing features and often supplement with human interaction.
  • Has a bit of a problem with file size uploads, which is tough in media related tasks.
  • We have been able to severely reduce the amount of budget we need for our marketing department.
  • We saw an increase of 10 to 15 in customer conversion ratios from prospects Where this software was used.
  • We have one in-house AI system, as opposed to using several free options that didn’t really deliver What we needed, but still had paid subscriptions for
I gave this a high rating because at the end of the day Adobe firefly does technically take care of almost everything you could think of, it gives you a wide array of options, and despite the file limits we’re still able to manage 99% of our request and task without Inviting another provider or software to the equation. It provides a reduction cost an increase in efficiency and tools. We did not have before all in one suite.
Photoshop at the end of the day can do a lot more than Adobe firefly, and probably most of the other software on the market for media generation. However, Adobe PhotoShop requires extensive training for results and quite a bit more of training for excellent results. That would be business ready. Our marketing team is able to leverage Adobe firefly much easier with less on boarding time

Turning ideas, words, thoughts and information into digestible media for our customers and prospects. It’s still extremely powerful, but we have to do a little bit of editing to make completely convincing images and media. But we do like the breadth of options and styles it provides to us in short amounts of time.
