We are using Adobe Commerce + AEP + CDP + Adobe Journey Optimizer and use case is preety simple to provide personalized touch. Instead of targetting all customers at the same time, identify life cycle journey, create segments and based on behavioural data we can set events based journey as well. Basically life cycle stage customers we will target based on data available in datasets.
