I use Adobe Journey Optimizer to create a onboarding journey with emails

Pros

  • easy to create email template
  • easy to create the journeys
  • easy to create segments

Cons

  • guardrails
  • I wish there was more information about how some things work
  • was hard to learn
  • hard to have support
In my experience, you will need to learn AEP first, was hard to have a team to work on it
Adobe Journey Optimizer is a good tool to use when you can use it alongside other Adobe products.
