We use Adobe Journey Optimizer to create custom journeys and campaigns for emails.
We can deliver to thousands of customers and the same time and we can check how opur campaigns perfomance durign the time.

It would be nice to see the Preheader in the preview of the email
There are constants errors when creating camping or journeys
When making a change in the email the preheader always dissappear I do not know why

Adobe Journey Optimizer is designed to orchestrate impactful customer journeys via unified data through 1:1 level personalization. Please explain how you utilize Adobe Journey Optimizer to provide an impactful customer Journey?

The most common scenario is the personalization of the customer's name in the email.
Also we use audiences to personlaize our campaign and only deliver to the customers we want to engaged.

Adobe Journey Optimizer allows you to communicate with customers in real time across all channels (i.e. email, web, app, mobile, etc.) in the moments that matter most. How has this impacted your day to day?

For now we are only using for email communications.
We are triyihn to work with SMS and app but we need to train ourselves first.

Usability

Like I said before some things are very friendly user, But the majority of capabilities are very difficult to access and really understand. That´s why there is a need of big groups in order to work with Adobe Journey Optimizer because a few people not would be able to own and know all the Items.

It´s very friendly user but sometimes it´s very difficult to understand all the capabilities there are a lot of things that you cannot do. You would need a lot of years of experience or a really big team to take advantage of all the capabilities.
