Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We are using Adobe Marketo Engage to automate every single piece of the marketing journey, and make it a single source of truth for us. This is one of our centralized platforms for both the Sales and Marketing teams, where their small tools are integrated with webhooks, APIs, or natively.

We are trying to achieve a marketing revenue target using email marketing and track its performance in CRM. The higher the revenue number across our products/services, the better the implementation. Along with it, this platform is [a] single source of truth of our org and highly trusted on its metrics.
We have selected it based on lead management, nurturing, integration with CRM, and basic reporting. Marketo Engage is far better than Hubspot in terms of Microservice architecture, incremental scoring, APIs, webhooks, etc. The email dynamic content module is at par as compared to other MAP and can be easily developed.

You can build a well-suited nurture campaign and emphasis more on custom rules as compared to other MAP. On the other hand, don't expect a great social media integration and its analytics.
