A good CRM platform for brands that have unique creative requirements!
Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage
We use Adobe Marketo Engage to manage our customer data (inbound lead traffic) from form fills through the website and other paid media campaigns and then market to them integrating email and other native display platforms. Lastly, we use the platform to influence our pipeline reportings and make optimizations to our content based on certain KPIs and progression.
Pros
- User experience and the design of the platform is very good
- Customer support and research library
- Brand presence and networking opportunities are good
Cons
- I think there is some room for improvement in terms of competitive pricing
- The tool sometimes has bugs and I wish there was a more clear product road map
- The platform can get complex at times if you do not have previous experience with an enterprise level tool.
- Product Launches
- Cross-Sell
- Lead Management
- Product Launches - We use the platform for brand awareness and email campaigns
- Cross-Sell - We target campaigns to our existing customers to try and cross-sell them other products
- Lead Management - We use the platform to keep track of our database and segment them further into sales territories, predictive analysis, etc.
Adobe Marketo Engage was the clear favorite among the other platforms we demoed due to the fact that there was such a deep asset library with Adobe in terms of images, templates, and more. This def. made an impact against our requirements and we went ahead with the platform. I feel they do a great job in terms of customer support and sales onboarding too.
