Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We use it and we help our customers use it. In my opinion, as long as Marketo will keep their horrible non existence customer service we will keep migrating customers to other options out there. This became our main business in the past 2 years. We used to love Marketo and we still think they have the most holistic solution. But that is not enough.

Once you get Marketo up and running and all the integrations work for you and you developed an Email template and a landing page template, you will be ready to run your first campaign. Marketo has a lot of triggers and filtters to use in smart campaigns to help with your lead management efforts.
We did not select Marketo, it was the only option available at the time we decided we needed Marketing Automation platform.
Today we know that for most of our customers HubSpot is the better solution for many reasons.
We would only recommend Marketo to larger companies with dedicated personnel for design, web developer, and Marketo admin.

Marketo can be good for companies that have in house developers, designers, and a dedicated Marketo employee. If a company does not have those resources, in my opinion, I would not recommend starting with Marketo as a solution. It will take very long to get started and every asset will require a dedicated personnel.
