Overall Satisfaction with Adobe Marketo Engage

We primarily use Adobe Marketo Engage for campaign execution, landing page creation, and email design to effectively target leads and promote our products and services. It plays a key role in our day-to-day lead engagement efforts, helping us drive interest and maintain consistent communication.

Pros

  • In Design Studio where easily create assets and manage forms. Also easily drag fields in form
  • Good interface to create campaigns easy to understand and execute
  • Great interface of Admin where each thing easy to understand

Cons

  • In Landing Page editor, Adobe can introduce drag and drop functionality so that we can easily re-sequence the sections
  • Need to improve in newly launched email editor
  • A global search option for assets across workspaces would improve efficiency.
  • Great version of segmentation and dynamic content that helps to deliver personalized information to user
  • Nurture programs which are great and easy to set to help to engage customers
  • But lack of drag and drop feature in landing page make things time consuming so this area should be improved.

Adobe Marketo Engage is highly effective for campaign setup and execution, especially when it comes to adding filters and triggers. Defining audience criteria is also straightforward and user-friendly.
However, when it comes to creating landing pages, it still requires manual coding with HTML. Introducing a drag-and-drop landing page builder would greatly benefit users by eliminating the need for coding and making the process more accessible and efficient.
