Overall Satisfaction with ADP Enterprise eTIME

We are currently using ADP Enterprise eTIME across the whole organization. Hourly employees' pay is calculated by their in/out punches. We record the weekly hours for salaried employees for OSHA reporting. We also have shift differentials to pay employees at different rates depending on what time they come in.

Pros

  • Lock a time sheet from being further edited.
  • You can see whom has audited a time sheet.

Cons

  • Easier synchronizing of data with Work Force Now.
  • Not being locked out so frequently.
  • We can prevent early punching by adding schedules.
  • We can run quick reports for forecasting.
Overall the support is good and quick but sometimes it's easier to have a dedicated rep.

It's good to create schedules so that employees cannot come in before their scheduled shifts.
