Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
We use ADP Vantage for Payroll, Time, Benefits, and HR. We implemented 3.5 years ago. We have been very satisfied with ADP Vantage. I love having a Client Manager and Service team dedicated to our company. They know our processes and the specific needs we have. Our employees also enjoy having the ability to view and make changes to certain items themselves. They can also request time off online, which is a great feature that employees and managers love. We are very satisfied with ADP Vantage and recommend it often to people.

- You have a client manager that focuses on your business, lets you know about upcoming products, and reviews your account regularly.
- The product is updated regularly to keep it up to date and implement new features.
- The time platform is switching off of Java. It still has some bugs, but they are working on it.
- Our payroll process is so streamlined now, with so many less coding errors because it is entered in the field and approved by field managers.
- We are paperless now, no more overnighting checks to the field.
- And employees are much happier not having to cash checks.
