[ADP Vantage HCM is used by] HR/Payroll, payroll taxes, garnishments & Gl
  • Reporting
  • Customized to meet our needs
  • Different functions don't talk to each other - benefits, tax
  • Multiple entry in various systems - tax, payroll, benefits
  • Too costly for what we had implemented
We've had many benefit issues where [ADP Vantage HCM] doesn't support our benefit package. Also 401K catchup can't be programed to not start until 401k limit has been meet
