Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM

We are using ADP Vantage for SRC Federal. It is also being used for all on-boarding, recruiting, and payroll needs within the organization.
  • Self-service gives our employees the ability to own the process.
  • Payroll reporting is so much easier.
  • Customer service could use more coaching and development.

300 - Our Payroll team uses HCM to verify employee and payroll information. Our HR Reps and HR Business Partners use HCM to update and enter new employee information as well as to keep our companies review information. As well as our Recruiting team.

My instructor as amazing and very knowledgeable. My instructor kept my attention and made sure that I understood each module before he moved on. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification, he answered them. I've taken other instructor led training's before, I have to say that ADP made it easy
super easy to follow along. I loved that I was able to move along with the instructions without feeling overwhelmed and lost. Being able to go back as many times as I needed really helped when I was helping my co-workers stay on task with the training.I love that ADP
Since I've used other ADP products it was hard to navigate on my own. If you've used other ADP platforms, navigating this one will be just as easy. I found that ADP gave me the tools I needed to be success while learning the product on my own.

Support does exceed expectations most of the time. There have been a few times I've had to call back to have an issue resolved, however.

  • Easy- Reporting. I love the feature of "grabbing" the fields I need. This allows me to build the report I need\want without having to remember the exact name of the field.
  • Easy- Uploading. Uploading files into ADP could not be easier. Using a standard template, gives you the ease of knowing exactly what you need to enter.
  • Often we find that employees have a difficult time saving their W4 via Self-Service if they are not using Chrome.
  • Not enough places to save employee documents
