We are using ADP Vantage for SRC Federal. It is also being used for all on-boarding, recruiting, and payroll needs within the organization.

Since I've used other ADP products it was hard to navigate on my own. If you've used other ADP platforms, navigating this one will be just as easy. I found that ADP gave me the tools I needed to be success while learning the product on my own.

- Easy- Reporting. I love the feature of "grabbing" the fields I need. This allows me to build the report I need\want without having to remember the exact name of the field.
- Easy- Uploading. Uploading files into ADP could not be easier. Using a standard template, gives you the ease of knowing exactly what you need to enter.
- Often we find that employees have a difficult time saving their W4 via Self-Service if they are not using Chrome.
- Not enough places to save employee documents
