Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
We currently use it to process our payroll in the United States. It does process payroll faster than our old system.
- Speed in Processing.
- Employee self Service is awesome.
- Quick reporting.
- We can download paystubs and w2s easily.
- Better notification of when there will be a system change.
- Have one dedicated support person instead of a team.
- It is difficult to get immediate answers when needed.
- The one-off tax service is more efficient [than] the full-service tax support.
- One-off services appear to be much more effective than full service.
- It does not handle complicated payroll very well.
- ACA refunds are difficult to process.
- Overpayments are difficult to get back.
- Likewise, bonuses are [...] paid with regular payrolls.
