Overall Satisfaction with ADP Vantage HCM
The system is utilized across the whole organization for Human Resources and Time Management. It is a "one-stop" shop for everything related to an employee life cycle within the company.
- Data Analytics
- Onboarding; it makes the new hire employee experience easier
- Time Management
- Time Module; timecards only retain the primary rate of pay for reporting. It would be great to see additional rates that are paid to reflect the secondary rate in the calculation of hours.
- I dislike having to go to different areas to access 1 employee record. Would be nice to pull up the employee and have multiple points on the record versus having to go to multiple areas for 1 employee.
- I think with any implementation of a new product you will experience issues.
Needed a solution to fit our large business.

Yes - JetPay Payroll. Their system was older and not updated with new compliance data. ADP Vantage offered more.

ADP Vantage HCM Implementation
- Implemented in-house
Yes - We had weekly meetings, ADP staff onsite, rolled out in phases for different FEIN's
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - We had to really change how data was processed.
- Tax setup. We relied on our ADP implementation team and found out data was completely wrong. Our first year-end was a nightmare.

Yes - No. I reported a major issue that impacted 800+ managers in our database in January 2017, brought it up multiple times, and is now being resolved 18.2 fix July 2018.
Time - any time issues our support team member is quick to respond & resolve.
