Overall Satisfaction with Adyen

We use Adyen as a direct acquirer in our e-commerce, it has proved to be a very agile and efficient payment processing tool, it has a high approval rate, and a response time that suits online purchases well.It has transshipped to other payment methods just as quickly when a purchase is denied by its platform. It has very clear forecast reports, as well as withdrawal logs with all the details of processed amounts and card scheme fees.

Adyen has better handling of Disputes, provides much more detailed forecasts and withdrawal reports. Adyen has a specific page to clear doubts much more complete. Adyen have not fees for processing refunds, have not fess for chargeback received, and have not fees for retry process payments. And your processing fees are very attractive.

For example when it comes to disputes and chargebacks, we have a very appropriate portal where we have access to all the information provided by the issuer and the full term of the credit card schemes for defense. In addition to having an FAQ where they explain each reason code and how to prepare a defense.Another positive point is that when we needed to answer some extra questions we had a quick response in Portuguese by email and by phone that helped us completely.
