Overall Satisfaction with Affirm
Affirm is being used on our company website. We started to use Affirm to help gain new customers and for brand awareness.
- Customer support is always quick to respond.
- The dashboard is very easy to navigate and has useful information.
- Affirm has a lot of information they collect from the customer, it would be great to see more in the dashboard.
- Accounting has mentioned they would like to be able to adjust the daily export to show different, and more, information.
- Of the customers who used Affirm, so far 80% are new customers to our site.
- Increase in sales!!!
We have not used any payment plans before, this was the first for the company.
