Overall Satisfaction with Aha! Roadmaps

My team uses Aha! Roadmaps to prioritize customer feedback of our software and ensure we can apply the feedback to our roadmap. Our product team has three releases each year and bases all of their releases on client feedback, which is input into Aha! Roadmaps. The sales team can also track requests and promptly let the client know that a feature has been requested or rejected.

At first the website was harder to learn because it appears a little archaic, but once you learn the key navigation tools and options, it is easy to use.

Aha! Roadmaps is great for teams who need a good way to identify where their product is heading based on internal and external feedback. It removes the need for teams to waste time manually requesting new features. It is also good for cross functional collaboration if a salesperson must understand product enhancements upcoming.
