Overall Satisfaction with Aline
We are an assisted living facility, and we get referrals from various sources. There are too many influencers and distractors. Aline helps us maintain a clean record. It also helps us bring them all together so we do not have to look for various platforms, which helps us be more productive.
Pros
- Get the names of influences and prospects.
- Gets the contact details.
- Maintains the next steps.
Cons
- Font color regarding next step could be better.
- Not very intuitive on what next steps should be.
- Too many clicks need to get to the right place.
- Has helped in capturing more leads and increasing the speed to lead.
- Has helped by reducing the need to maintain paperwork.
- I like the reports that are easy to process and read.
We are still in the beta stage with Welcome Home, and we have been very satisfied so far. It is not anything different from Aline except that the reports are more informative and provide a better and clearer picture of where the sales are on a daily basis. It is also easier to navigate.
